Gift Card Information

Pamper Room Gift Cards are available as physical or electronic Gift Cards and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Your appointment must take place before the expiry date shown, so I recommend booking well in advance.

Gift Cards can be used towards eligible treatments or purchases. If the value of your treatment is more than your remaining Gift Card balance, simply pay the difference.

Using Your Gift Card

Electronic Gift Card?
Open your Gift Card email and select ‘View online’ → ‘Add to my account’. Find or create your account and select ‘Claim Gift Card’. Your Gift Card will then be linked to your customer profile ready for you to book online.

Physical Gift Card?
If your Gift Card has already been assigned to you, it should be linked to your customer profile and you can book online as normal.

Can’t see your Gift Card on your account?
Please contact me with your Gift Card details or reference number and I’ll be happy to help.
