This section contains FAQ's, preparation considerations and aftercare advice.
HD Brows Preparation:
Proper care and maintenance is required to keep your HD Brows looking flawless every day!
- Most importantly a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment for HD Brows otherwise the treatment won't be carried out. You will only need to re-take the patch test if there is a six month break between treatments, or you have changes to your medical history.
- Avoid wearing any makeup or skincare products such as moisturiser and serums to your appointment for HD brows as it will be taken off.
- Do not wax, pluck or thread the brow area for at least 48 hours prior to treatment.
HD Brows Aftercare:
- Avoid using make-up and facial cleansers around the brow area for 24 hours.
- Avoid prolonged contact with direct sunlight use of sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 24 hours after the procedure.
- Avoid exfoliating and anti-ageing products around the brow area for three days on either side of the treatment.
- It is advisable not to use fake tanning products on the face for 2 to 3 days on either side of the treatment. If you wish to use fake tanning products on your face, apply a barrier to the hair and a small area around the brow before tanning to prevent discolouration of your tint.
- Remember, your results will be darker and more defined immediately after treatment. The makeup applied is not permanent, and the tint will fade depending on the frequency of cleansing.
